Communist Wonderland Part One

There is probably a better more Lithuanian name for what this place was. Basically there was this man who decided to make it his life's work to collect every relic from the Soviet Era and then place it on display on his property. Throughout the property there were statues, signs, plaques, newspapers, books, just about everything you can imagine. It wasn't so much a museum, but it was an incredibly different unique place. Even the playground equipment you see in the photos, all of us thought "oh cool, now we can play and enjoy ourselves." Only to find out that this was the playground equipment that was used by the Soviet children. Buzzkill.

The property for some reason had a ton of animals and sadly, they seemed all very badly taken care of. They had llamas, a zebra with the llamas, ducks, geese, yaks, horses, a lynx and bears. There are probably more animals that I can't think of right now.

Happy Blogging!
