Another St. Vincent Post

As if I couldn't post enough about St. Vincent. 

For the new year, she released yet another track to her album that is to be released in February. Not only am I excited about her upcoming album because of the new creativity revealed by Annie Clark but there have been plenty of press surrounding her new album. I've seen my fair share of Annie Clark interviews and what not so I'm happy to see some new material.

You know those times when something is so disturbing, you can't turn away from it. This is kind of how I felt the whole time at Madam Tussauds in the recent trip to Washington DC. I've always wanted to go and hopefully I will get the chance to visit the location in San Francisco soon but this one was pretty good. I kept touching all of the figures faces thinking at any moment their eyes could turn my way. EEEEKKK!

I'm not new to Bikini Kill, Kathleen Hanna, Riot Grrrl or feminism but since I found this new sense of independence in the last year, I find myself get revved up on everything that has something to do with the feminist movement in the 90s.
